Additional Information
Program Length
Our Science Programs last between 30-45 minutes per session.
Class Size
Programs are designed for class sizes between 15 and 30 students. Groups larger than 30 will be divided into smaller classes that will allow for some students to explore the museum while the others participate in the program, and then rotate until all classes have participated. The max group size for a visit is 90 students.
Chaperones
One chaperone per five students is required and covered by the cost of the group booking. Additional chaperones exceeding the 1:5 ratio will be charged $1.00+ tax per person. If the minimum 1:5 ratio is not met, a $20 fee will be added. Chaperones are required to stay with their students at all times and monitor their behavior.
Lunch Room
Students may bring a bagged lunch to eat in the designated dining space. Room rentals are $.50 per student, with a minimum payment of $10. If participating in a Science Program and/or your group has more than 30 students lunch sessions will be added to the rotation schedule.

School Program prices start at $3.00+tax per student for museum exploration, there is an additional $2.00 per student for the Science Program, and $.50 per student for lunch rental (if added).
